About the Project

'Play with the Dog' was a semester-long project to give our client, a C6 paraplegic, a way to throw balls with his two dogs. Our client has limited mobility in his upper extremities, so we developed this product to allow him to launch balls from his powerchair for his dogs to fetch. We developed an system for the device to attach to his powerchair and then rigged an iFetch machine to operate with the press of a button.
